What is the syntax to connect to a kontalk account using a client such as profanity client.
On a protocol point of view Kontalk is 100% compatible with XMPP. However Kontalk uses client certificate authentication. If Profanity supports that, you can export your personal key from the Android app and use the certificate and private key inside the zip file to authenticate:
- kontalk-login.crt: certificate file
- kontalk-login.key: private key file
- kontalk-login.p12: PKCS12 bundle of the two above
