Hello, maybe a stupid question but I’ve never updated the app.
If I update the app, will I lose my contacts or the public key these contacts have from me?.
Another case: if I delete the app from F-droid and install it from Github, will it happen the same?
If so, what must I do: backup of my personal key only?

No, you won’t lose anything during updates.
You can save your key by exporting it in your phone memory (Account > Export personal key), otherwise you’ll lose it. You can then import it back when registering (3-dots menu > Import key).
You will lose messages though.
