I have been running an ecommerce store from last 2 years and it’s been working great for me. The website was created on Magento framework and is know hosted on managed magento hosting which is powered by Cloudways.
For the improved support I am looking to integrate Kontallk on my website. Please let me know how can I do that
There is currently no way to integrate Kontalk in a web app easily. I mean you could use some form of XMPP web client/library, but it wouldn’t work anyway because of the login process (SSL client authentication). You’ll need to use some sort of bridge between Kontalk and your web application.
