How and where can I host Kontalk. I was unable to find any information or tutorial on it. So, if someone in the community can tell me the way to host it. Moreover, I would like to know it’s compatibility. I mean does it comes up with a server of it’s own or do we have an option to choose a server of our own choice like digitalOcean, Cloudways server, AWS, etc.

There is a very easy Docker environment ready to be used (barring some basic configuration options and some other more or less complicated configuration options depending on the setup you want). Some Linux administration skills are required though.
You may choose whatever server provider you’d like, any Linux with Docker and docker-compose installed should be fine.
